Kuh Kai Aerator® is a patented, clog-free aerator that utilizes a unique pentagonal flow design to mix air and sludge into fine particles, enhancing oxygen transfer and accelerating wastewater purification. It delivers reliable and energy-efficient performance across various aeration and treatment systems, including:

Mechanism of Kuh Kai® Aerator

Kuh Kai uses a pentagonal air-lift system that mixes sludge and air within a pentagonal cylinder. Internal collision plates generate turbulence and rotation to maintain circulation and prevent sludge buildup. The mechanism follows four main steps:

  1. Air Injection – Air enters through the air inlet tube, forming a rising jet inside the cylinder.

  2. Sludge Suction – The upward stream creates an air-lift effect, drawing sludge from the bottom.

  3. Collision & MixingCollision plates generate turbulence, mixing air, water, and sludge.

  4. Circulation – The mixture flows upward and outward, establishing a self-sustaining circulating flow throughout the tank.
